Summer Reading Program |

Each year, libraries across Canada participate in Summer Reading Programs, which are geared towards keeping youth reading during the school break.
Not only is reading a way of spending a sunny afternoon, it also allows the child to continue to improve their reading skills for when school is back in session. It is a proven fact that kids who do not read over the summer, actually DECLINE in their reading level!
